Being left at the altar would have been better. Instead, I'm sent away to a secluded spot where I can't disturb the happy couple--on my honeymoon without a bride.
Left to lick my wounds and recover from the ultimate betrayal, I do what I do best.
No, not admit defeat. Not recover my dignity like I'm unaffected.
Plot revenge.
Lucky for me, I have a companion on this otherwise lonely island.
